Nearly a century of precision craftsmanship
Even today, first-class musical instruments are masterpieces of craftsmanship – a unique blend of precision and art whose value depends on the quality of the components and materials used to build them.
For almost a century, Karl Klier & Co. has been manufacturing wooden components for string, plucked and wind instruments. Founded in Czechia, our family business was reformed in 1946 in Nauheim, Germany after the vicissitudes of Second World War and is now in the third generation.
Building on our expertise and our long-standing contacts in the lands where we source our precious materials, we create components of the very finest wood for instrument-makers and musicians everywhere.
